Canon Launches the Try and Buy Program

In Singapore, Canon has launched the “Try and Buy” program for camera lens consumers. This allows consumers to bring a Canon lens for specific amount of fee. The innovative program lets consumers to rent a couple of camera lens models for a couple of days. Earlier, this service was only usable for professionals.

Rental fees are generally comparable between 3rd party rental services and Canon, but users can get some additional benefits when renting directly from the actual lens maker. For one, those who decided to purchase the lens can get discounts and they can also choose newly released lenses.
